An item may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase via courier.
Items purchased at a discount or on sale may not be exchanged.
Please make sure the item is unused with the tags still on, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will be given a coupon for the full amount that may be availed at the online store ONLY. The coupon is indefinitely (all other terms and conditions can be found on the coupon).
The above conditions are only applicable in the case of non-sale orders. Sale orders may only be exchanged if a valid cause is present and will take longer to process.
