Answer: Anywhere between 3-6 weeks, depending on how busy our tailors are. Once we meet you in person and understand your outfit style, we can give you a confirmed time at which you pick up your order.

Question: If You Ship An Order Without Taking Fitting?

A: We need at least one fitting to ship your order. We don’t do any adjustments after the recipient. We ship your order just upon your responsibility.

Question: As I Had Your Regular Customer And Now Want To Place A New Order, How Will This Work? Do You Still Have My Measurements?

A: You can fill out our "Order Online" form and we will send you a collection of dresses for you to view. We have your latest size on file. So, your selected product will be shipped to you.

Question: Do You Make Changes?

Answer: Yes, we make changes if the clothes are purchased from us. If your size has changed and you need a re-fit, our tailors will charge for the new changes to your outfit.
